About Chef Phoebe;
With a passion for Afro-fusion cuisine, Phoebe has been on a culinary journey for over 8 years. From Abuja to Lagos, she has explored the Nigerian culinary scene, honing her skills and pushing the boundaries of traditional cuisine.
As a consultant in food styling and photography, Phoebe has worked with top restaurants and food brands, showcasing her creativity and expertise. She is now the proud Executive Chef of Elysium Beach Club, where her Afro-fusion menu has become a sensation.

Executive Mixologist
Jeremiah George, popularly known as Zen in the culinary and hospitality space, is a certified Mixologist/Bartender and bar consultant with over 7 years of experience in the events and hospitality industry. With a particular focus on molecular mixology, Zen is dedicated to promoting enjoyable, safe, and health-conscious drinking experiences for his clients and guests. He also serves as the resident mixology instructor at Giggles Culinary Academy.
Zen is the founder of "Liquids by Zen," a beverage catering company that specializes in providing mobile bar solutions for events and parties. His portfolio includes collaborations with renowned clients and brands such as Google Nigeria, Dominos Pizza, SDM, Fenty Beauty and Paystack.
Beyond his craft, Zen has a diverse range of interests. When he's not behind the bar or sharing his knowledge with fellow bartenders and mixologists, you'll find him exploring the beach, visiting art galleries, or enjoying classical music concerts. Jeremiah is an associate member Of the Black Chefs Collective. An organisation geared at promoting culinary practioners of African heritage, cuisine and flavours
